The Pulse Bag Filters has the purpose of retaining the pollutant particles of the air, separating the polluted material and sending to atmosphere only the filtered pure air. The filtration in the bag filters is made by retention of the particles of the air when this passes by the bags. Such particles are retained in the surface and in the pores of the threads, forming a cake. To reduce the resistance to the air flow, the cake must be often removed.
The Pulse Bag Filter System can be used in any atmosphere with powder, where to control the emission of particles is required.

The Cyclone and Multi-Cyclones are used to capture the suspended particles of the air. This is made using the centrifugal force. After it be aspirated to the interior of the hurricane these particles collide with the equipment walls and drops to the collectors. The powder can be picked up in the conical inferior part of your carcass or in silos.

Axial Fan Blower has low consumption of energy and reduced noise level, they are specific for transport of clean air or gases; they are used broadly for air supply in the systems of suction forced, can be fastened directly in the tube net by flanges.

 

Screw conveyor are simple and compact equipments. They has excellent performance in transporting at short distances. It can work in horizontal or inclined up to 45°. Screw conveyor are usually used for transporting materials granulated with good fluidity like powdered coal, cement, plaster, sands, etc. The transport capacities and the flow are calculated in agreement with each project.
